We have had decades of experience in the TO headers.
The TO header provides the foundation for packaging electronic and optical components including semiconductors, laser diodes, and electronic circuits. The electrical signals are transmitted to the mounted components through the pin. Optical components such as photodiodes and laser diodes are susceptible to environmental influences, and especially, humidity deteriorates the semiconductor devices rapidly, which will cause a failure of the entire component. Thus the packages to protect these components are required to have high reliability.

We have had an accumulated experience and knowledge in the conventional TO headers of all standard designs and sizes. Our products ensure high hermeticity, insulation, corrosion resistance, and wire bondability. We also manufacture special TO headers to accommodate customers' needs.
