The mission of the Device Division is to embark on a new field by applying our technologies accumulated through the lighting and hermetic seals business. One of our main focuses is plating process. Our collaborated research with a leading university enabled plating on resin, metal and glass, which was impossible until now. Our UV pretreatment for plating is also drawing attention. We have developed a drying equipment which can dry the printed/painted surface without degrading the purity level. For all development activities, we are willing to accept challenges to open up the possibility of manufacturing based on our proven technology. This mindset is our DNA.
Surface Treatment – Plating / TGV
Plating process for high-speed transmission boards and next-generation high-frequency boards. We can suggest metallization process for hard-to-plate materials and provide a plating service for fine processed products. We are always ready to carry out development and mass production to support customers' plating needs.
Surface Treatment – UV
We build and distribute UV surface treatment equipment to clean and reform the properties of the surface of resins, metals, and glass with the use of UV-C. We also produce and sell UV irradiation equipment to cure and dry the UV paint/ink for printing, bonding, painting, and coating.
